Finding Satisfaction

Peace, happiness, stillness. Finding what you’re looking for.

Or perhaps, finding what you need.

Whichever way you want to put it, many of spend our lives looking for it from others. Looking for certain behavior from others, looking for certain interactions with others. In order to finds what will make us feel the way that we want to feel.

And generally, it’s accompanied by a frustration at not finding it. At least not in any consistent way.

Why?

Because what you are looking for can be found within.

But what does that mean?

It means that what you are looking for is what you are. It is your natural state.

But it is covered over by all kinds of consciousness gunk, which has gotten itself all topsy-turvy and confused.

Along with a bunch of ideas of what to do to make it better. All based around finding it in the outer world. Mostly because the inner world is not even considered to particularly exist.

Ok.

So what to “do” about it?

Go within.

Learn to meditate.

Spend time in stillness and contemplation.

Rest in your heart.

Allow your heart to open.

Learn to listen.
